None will conceive It except the purified.
This verse doesn’t mean that the Arabic Qur’an shouldn’t be touched without ablution, but it means that Adhikr which is the quintessence of It can’t be conceived except by those who have purified their souls. As explained in verses 1: 7; 3: 10; 48: 6; and 98: 6, the hypocrites upon whom the wrath of the Lord is affected, and whom Allah has killed as told in verse 63: 4, and their strayed followers are handling the Arabic Qur’an all over the world. It is told in this verse that for Fujjar who do not try to identify the Lord and the aim of life from Adhikr after receiving It, Adhikr will never be useful. It is told in verse 7: 146 that those who are showing pride without the Truth—Adhikr—Allah will divert them from His verses. These Fujjar, who are the fuel of Hellfire, are mentioned as the worst creatures in verse 98: 6, and as the worst creatures among the thousand communities of the Lord’s creatures in verse 8: 22. These worthless people, who give the meaning ‘Arabic Qur’an shouldn’t be touched without ablution’ to this verse, are filth, as told in verses 9: 28, 95, and they are not trying to become believers with Adhikr.
